God's Lake Narrows First Nation School Board is soliciting applications from competent, dedicated, effective and a caring educator who is willing to work cooperatively and collaboratively for the benefit of all students. The position is to teach Food & Nutrition / Textile Arts & Design (Family Studies) to our high school students.Mantou Sakahigan Kiskinamakewikamik (formerly God's Lake Narrows First Nation School) is a Nursery to Senior 4 school with approximately 550 students, mainly of Aboriginal ancestry and a staff of 39 teachers, 30 educational assistants and other support staff. God's Lake First Nation is a progressive community and offers a clean air environment. It is accessible by air daily to and from Winnipeg and Thompson. There are subsidized furnished rental units available, well-equipped classrooms, competitive salary, benefits and isolated post allowance. MSK is a locally controlled school, approximately 1037 kilometres northeast of Winnipeg. God's Lake Narrows is abundant in its natural beauty and is an outdoorsman's paradise.
