Only 23 km north of the BC/NT border, Fort Liard is only two hours north of Fort Nelson, British Columbia, and a short drive along the Alaska Highway to Stone Mountain, Muncho Lake and Liard Hot Springs Provincial Parks.Dehcho Divisional Education Council invites applications from certified teachers who are dedicated to teaching and have experience and/or interest in the cultural, linguistic and traditional heritage of the Dene.
