We offer:·         A welcoming, faith-based school culture·         Small class sizes and supportive colleagues·         Professional growth opportunities ·         BenefitsEducation Assistant ExpectationsThe successful candidate will:·         Assist the teacher as directed·         Assist students in learning, individually or in groups·         Help students set up for class, get organized and have their homework·         Communicate with the Teacher and Inclusive Education teacher regarding the students' development·         Assist the teacher in maintaining accurate student records (IEP goals, adaptations and/or modification progress)·         Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interviews, field trips, professional development opportunities, and any other meetings as designated by the Inclusive Education teacher ·         Any other responsibilities as required for the development and management of the students
