This role requires knowledge of UCN policies, community education needs, and culturally relevant communication. The successful incumbent will help with coordinating course offerings, supporting students and instructors, liaising with community members and UCN departments, facilitating orientation sessions, and maintaining administrative systems. The incumbent will work in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility, initiative, and exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure the effective delivery of programs and a strong community presence for the ETC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Certificate in Office/Business Administration; a combination of education and experience may be considered • Knowledge of local organizations and their training needs.• Effective communication• Effective interpersonal skills• Effective problem-solving skills• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office 365 and ability to use Zoom and/or Teams• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality• Commitment to life-long learning ASSETS:• Ability to understand and address issues specific to Indigenous learners and mature students, • Ability to speak an Indigenous language Conditions of Employment:• Candidates must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada • Available to work occasional evening or weekends as required  Applicants are asked to provide a cover letter and resume with their application.
