聽ECHO DENE SCHOOLFort Liard, Northwest TerritoriesThe Dehcho Divisional Education Council invites applications for the position ofIndigenous Language Teacher聽聽Open until filled.聽Fort Liard is nicknamed "Tropics of the North" because of its long, warm summers and winter chinooks. Only 23 km north of the BC/NT border, Fort Liard is only two hours north of Fort Nelson, British Columbia, and a short drive along the Alaska Highway to Stone Mountain, Muncho Lake and Liard Hot Springs Provincial Parks.Echo Dene School is a JK-12 school located on the traditional territory of Acho Dene Koe First Nation.聽 Echo Dene School has approximately one hundred twenty students from JK-12.聽Dehcho Divisional Education Council invites applications from certified teachers who are dedicated to teaching and have experience and/or interest in the cultural, linguistic and traditional heritage of the Dene.
