Frontier School Division Invites Applications For The Following Position   Position: Applied Technology TeacherLocation: Wanipigow School Start Date: As soon as possibleFTE: 1.00 FTE       Term of Employment: Term to December 19, 2025 (with possibility of extension)Application Deadline: Open Until Filled  The Division provides a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, transportation and moving expense reimbursement, subsidized housing or housing allowance and isolation allowance in qualifying communities, annual travel reimbursement, reimbursement for approved courses and more!  Wanipigow School is a modern well-equipped Nursery to Grade 12 school with 291 students located in the community of Hollow Water nestled on the eastern shore of Lake Winnipeg, a two-hour drive northeast of Winnipeg.  The beautiful surrounding area features an abundance of canoe routes, fishing spots and in the winter cross-country ski trails. Qualifications: •       Bachelor of Education Degree, Diploma in Industrial Arts/Technology Teacher Education•       Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)•       Previous Applied Technology teaching/industry experience preferred•       A sound knowledge of provincial Applied Technology curricula•       Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life•       Strong classroom management skills•       Experience working in a northern community•       A willingness to inquire into best practices and reflect on practices•       A team player committed to the belief that all students can learn•       Self-motivated
