Az-Zahraa Islamic Academy, a thriving independent school, is seeking a School Administrator to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of school operations and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing excellent communication and support.Manage student registration, re-enrollment, and withdrawal processes.Prepare and submit Ministry of Education reports and other compliance documentation.Maintain accurate student records and databases.Coordinate administrative tasks related to scheduling, correspondence, and school operations.Support HR and financial processes as needed, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Assist with event coordination, staff communication, and internal documentation.Qualifications and SkillsPost-secondary education in administration or a related field preferred.Experience working in an independent school environment is an asset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and student information systems.Punctual, reliable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Extended health and dental benefits.Employer-matching retirement savings plan.Health Spending Account (HSA).Supportive and collaborative work environment.
