Frontier School Division Invites Applications For The Following Position   Position: Early Years TeacherLocation: Berens River School Start Date: As soon as possibleFTE: 1.00 FTE  Term of Employment: Term to June 30, 2026Application Deadline: Open Until Filled  The Division provides a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, transportation and moving expense reimbursement, subsidized housing or housing allowance and isolation allowance in qualifying communities, annual travel reimbursement, reimbursement for approved courses and more!  Berens River School is a Nursery to Grade 9 School with approximately 400 students.  Berens River is a community of approximately 3,546 located on the eastern shore of Lake Winnipeg, a 4-hour drive north of Winnipeg.  This lakeside town offers community services such as a general store, Northern store and a community hall.   The beautiful surrounding area is a recreational paradise offering a variety of outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking and canoeing.   Qualifications: •       Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)•       A sound knowledge of provincial Early Years curricula•       Previous Early Years teaching experience•       A sound knowledge and experience with school-based technology•       Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life•       Experience with integrating Indigenous culture and land-based teaching into curriculum•       Strong classroom management skills•       Experience working with students with unique needs•       A commitment to differentiated instruction•       A willingness to inquire into best practices and reflect on practices•       A team player committed to the belief that all students can learn•       Self-motivated
