Responsibilities will include budget preparations; supervising the accounting operations; and preparation of the Division's financial records.QualificationsA post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business.Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or presently enrolled in the CPA program.Minimum of five (5) years related experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles.Experience with full cycle of accounting, budgeting and the preparation of year-end financial reports.Knowledge of Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS) and Financial Reporting and Accounting in Manitoba Education (FRAME) would be considered an asset.Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience with spreadsheets and financial software.Supervisory experience would be considered an asset.The ability to initiate, manage and grow with organizational change.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.This position includes a Comprehensive Employee Benefit Package, including Pension.Your cover letter must clearly indicate how you meet the required qualifications$77,250 to $94,554 per annum
