You must complete and sign the top section. Then provide this form to two (2) individuals who will act as references for you; have them complete the form and return it directly to the Brandon School Division at the mailing address or email address on the form.As you are not a certified teacher, the Brandon School Division will be required to apply for a Limited Teaching Permit on your behalf.
