Gilbert Public Schools invites applications for the following position: Career and Technical Education Director Location: Career and Technical Education Office Purpose Statement: The Director of Career and Technical Education (CTE) provides strategic, districtwide leadership for the vision, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Career and Technical Education programs. The Director ensures CTE serves as a key driver of student achievement, postsecondary readiness, workforce alignment, and community partnership, while maintaining full compliance with state and federal requirements. This position leads innovation, builds sustainable systems, and advances high-quality career pathways that prepare all students for success beyond graduation. Education: Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field required. Certification/Clearances: Valid Arizona Standard Professional Principal Certificate or Arizona Supervisor Certificate - preferred. Must possess a valid Arizona DPS Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card while employed. Experience: Minimum of five years secondary teaching experience. CTE certification and supervisory experience preferred. Specific administrative experience through internship and/or previous employment.
