 Posting#: T2602305(T)Posting Date: 13 Feb 2026Posting Close Date: 25 Feb 2026 12:00 PM (CST)Category: SpecialistType: PERMANENT CONTRACTDescription: Continuous Improvement AdminLocation: Administration OfficeStart Date: 08 Sep 2026End Date: ContinuousFTE/Hours: 1.00 per week The Administrator of Continuous Improvement provides leadership in the coordination, capacity building and proliferation of innovative and impactful teaching and leadership practices.  The Administrator of Continuous Improvement will be responsible for building capacity of school leaders, and school teams to connect improvement actions to classroom impact and support the School and Divisional Continuous Improvement Plans.Educational Qualifications:Undergraduate Degree in EducationGraduate Degree in Education or related fieldMaster’s Degree in EducationExperiential Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in leadership at school, divisional and/or provincial levels, would be considered an assetDemonstrated experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentDemonstrated ability to take initiative in setting priorities and identifying plans of actionKnowledge of Manitoba Education policies and guidelines related to CurriculumStrong time management and organizational skills that demonstrate self-motivation and initiativeResponsibilities:Use observational, anecdotal and achievement data to determine instructional practices that are having the greatest impact on student achievementCoordination of divisional specialists to support school, divisional and provincial Continuous Improvement prioritiesFoster an organizational growth mindset through the development of a culture where members are seen as possessing potential, encouraged to develop and acknowledged for improvement  Actions should create habits of experimentation, focusing on progress and learning from othersSupport schools through the identification and application of appropriate grantsSupport Human Resources onboarding process for new employees in areas of curriculum, instruction and assessmentFacilitate the design and implementation of opportunities that allow schools to learn from each other and proliferate promising practices across the DivisionOther duties as assigned
