POSITION SUMMARY: The Nawigizigweyas Education Centre is a vibrant Saulteaux First Nation community that provides a full range of K-12 programs and services for approximately 300 students. We are seeking a passionate instructional leader to manage the day-to-day administration and operations of the school. RESPONSIBILTIES:• Leading and managing the school's instructional program.• Providing leadership and support to teachers and staff.• Collaborating with parents and community members.• Ensuring student success and well-being.• Managing the school budget and resources.• Implementing school policies and procedures.• Implementing a successful Saulteaux Land Based Program.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Master of Education with a specialization in Educational Administration.• Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate or be eligible for one.• Minimum 8 years of experience as a school principal.• Proven strong leadership and management skills.• Strong interpersonal skills.• Strong written communication and reporting skills.• Experience working in First Nation communities.
