These values remain a high priority across all MESC schools.Position OverviewThe Assistant Principal is responsible for assisting the Principal in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the educational facility. This position will work with students and staff to maintain a positive, professional learning environment conducive to student success. The Assistant Principal will work with all school staff to provide leadership on the schools curriculum, scheduling, extracurricular activities, emergency operations, and conduct and discipline. The Assistant Principal will also serve as a role model and assist staff and students with achieving an optimal educational experience. As a leader in the organization, the Assistant Principal will model the intent of the Maskwacis Declaration on Education and the core values of Îyinîw Mâmitonehicikan, Nehiyaw Pimâtisiwin, Nehiyawewin, and Wâhkôhtowin.
