The successful incumbent also provides administrative support to the Instructors in preparing class materials, meetings and documents as requested. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Certificate in Office Administration; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered• Administrative office experience including documentation preparation and processing scheduling meetings and coordinating travel• Experience using MS Office 365 including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word• Experience in Health Care and associated patient care equipment and supplies including inventory control and maintenance• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Effective time management skills• Commitment to life long learning ASSETS:• Experience in virtual reality and simulation equipment and programs• Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous cultures Conditions of Employment:• Candidates must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada Applicants are asked to provide a cover letter and resume with their application.
