Our mission is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that inspires both students and educators alike.聽Duties and responsibilities:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. The Special Education Teacher will work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.聽Key Responsibilities:聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create comprehensive IEPs that address each student's academic, social, and emotional needs路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to deliver engaging lessons that accommodate different learning styles and abilities.路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct assessments to evaluate students聮 progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP goals.路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes respect and understanding among peers.路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely with general education teachers to ensure the successful integration of students with disabilities into mainstream classrooms.
