The community has cell service and high-speed internet and is one hour from the Town of High Level on a paved highway. High Level has several businesses such as Tim Horton's, Subway, A& W, KFC, Boston Pizza, Pizza Hut, DQ, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware, restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, and golf courses. Park Plaza is where you can find Denny's, Starbucks, Parmasave and an Arcade.
