They must be willing and able to work as part of a team as well as work independently with little guidance, and present professionally. Preference will be given to those who possess a degree and/or diploma from a recognized institution. Individuals who have experience working with children with diverse needs, coaching, providing childcare, or have been in youth leadership positions are encouraged to apply.Please refer to important information below:Successful candidates will be required to attend a three day unpaid training session, to be held during the summer months. This training must be completed in its entirety in order for you to work as an uncertified substitute teacher. As you are not a certified teacher, the Brandon School Division will be required to apply for a Limited Teaching Permit on your behalf.
