Summary About the Position: This position is located at the 71st Medical Group, Vance Air Force Base in Oklahoma. Through a robust healthcare delivery system, and a dedicated team of inspired professionals, the Agency ensures the worldwide delivery of medical, dental, and pharmacy programs to more than 9.5 million uniformed service members, retirees, and their families, by improving health and building readiness Anytime, Anywhere-Always.Major Duties: Manage the training programs for the Medical Treatment Facility by planning, organizing, and tracking milestones to ensure efficient and effective delivery of all training initiatives. Ensure compliance of training programs with all regulatory and accreditation standards by maintaining current requirements, evaluating program effectiveness, and implementing compliance strategies. Administer training programs through oversight of planning, budgeting, program logistics, and resource management. Coordinate clinical training rotations by scheduling students, verifying eligibility and documentation, maintaining training records, and serving as a liaison between internal departments and external training institutions. Function as an adjunct instructor for Resuscitative Programs such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). Analyze training data on compliance and performance trends, to prepare reports for leadership and support decision making.
