Gilbert Public Schools invites applications for the following position: Junior High School Principal-General Posting Location: Administrative Services Purpose Statement: The job of the Principal is done for the purpose/s of selection and evaluation of staff, scheduling, making budgetary decisions and plant and office management. Minimum Qualifications: ? Ability to facilitate group processes for collaborative management? Ability to use and implement teacher supervision and positive discipline procedures as a tool to improve instruction? Strong human relations skills? Knowledge of technology and its use in an educational setting Experience, Education, and Certifications: Experience: 3 years of successful administrative experience preferredEducation: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Administration from an accredited educational institution.Certifications/Clearances: Arizona Standard Professional Principal Certificate. Must possess a valid Arizona DPS Level One IVP Fingerprint ClearanceCard while employed.
