Principal

The Principal is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operation of the Cowessess Community Educational Centre (CCEC). This role oversees school programming, staff, budgets, and daily operations to support the success and holistic development of students from PreK to Grade 12. Working collaboratively with students, teachers, educational assistants, parents/caregivers, Cowessess departments, and the Director of Education, the Principal fosters a safe, inclusive, and culturally grounded learning environment. This position serves as a key representative of CCEC and requires strong leadership, professionalism, communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
