Active and positive leadership of Professional Learning Communities is a required approach to ongoing professional growth, instructional practices, assessment, and reporting in our region.聽TCSA schools use the PLC model to drive continuous improvement through the collective capacity to use student achievement data to drive instructional and administrative decision making.聽Responsibilities include:路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Establishing, implementing, and assessing education delivery with a primary focus on literacy, numeracy, Inclusive Schooling, and Tlicho Language and Culture.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Participating in School-Based Support Teams,聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Participating in Culture-Based Programming, including on the land camps and activities;路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Leading the development and implementation of Student Support Plan and Individual Educational Programs;路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Developing lesson plans aligned with regional common long-range plans that are responsive to student needs;路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Participating actively in school teams that promote safety, Language and Culture, supporting student engagement and inclusion, and working collaboratively with other service providers;路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintaining strong communication with families to promote a positive school 聳 community relationship;路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Completing administrative responsibilities typical of teachers (e.g., report cards, attendance, class profiles, cumulative files, portfolios, etc.);路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Supporting the development of self-regulating behaviours in students through a trauma-informed practice; and聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Implementing the regional literacy and numeracy framework within all grades and subject areas.聽* Dependent on qualifications - ranges from $95,232-$153,748 per annum and Northern Living Allowance, and relocation expenses in alignment with the NWTTA collective agreement.
