Human Resources Manager

Chief Napeweaw Elementary School requires a Human Resources Manager beginning immediately. Frog Lake is situated 100 Km north east or Lloydminster and 75 km south west of Cold Lake.  The Human Resource Manager will primarily be responsible to maintain and enhance the Education Authority human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices. Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with the Administrator of Education on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management of its employees. This position will approve absentee and vacation requests and monitor absentee and vacation schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
