PrincipalRendell Park Elementary SchoolContinuing Full-TimeThe Lloydminster Public School Division is seeking a passionate and student-focused educational leader to fill the continuing, full-time position of Principal at Rendell Park Elementary School commencing August 19, 2026.Rendell Park Elementary School serves approximately 440 students from Kindergarten to Grade 5 and is known for its strong sense of community and commitment to student success. The school fosters a welcoming and inclusive learning environment where staff work collaboratively to support student achievement and well-being. Rendell Park Elementary School values innovation, relationship-building, and high-quality instruction, with a continued focus on literacy, numeracy, and positive school culture. The Lloydminster Public School Division is a progressive school division focused on excellence for students and staff. LPSD serves approximately 4150 students in 10 schools, all located within the growing city of Lloydminster.  While Lloydminster is uniquely located in both Saskatchewan and Alberta, all LPSD schools follow the Saskatchewan curriculum. The Division provides extensive professional development opportunities for Principals and Vice-Principals and fosters a collaborative culture of reflection, shared leadership, and professional growth.The successful candidate will:Demonstrate strong instructional leadership in an elementary school setting;Build meaningful relationships with students, families, staff, and the school community;Support inclusive practices and respond to the diverse learning needs of young learners;Foster a welcoming, caring, respectful, and safe learning environment;Lead and support staff collaboration, professional growth, and shared responsibility for student success;Demonstrate effective communication, organization, and leadership skills in a small-school context.Previous school leadership experience and holding a Masters degree related to Education from a recognized university would be considered an asset. The successful candidate will be required to qualify for Saskatchewan teacher certification and provide a satisfactory current criminal record and vulnerable sector check as conditions of employment.Lloydminster Public School Division supports the principles of a representative workforce and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.  Applications will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. MST on Thursday, June 4, 2026.
