Views of the river and historic Holy Trinity Anglican Church add to the beauty and history of the community. The scenic environment surrounding Stanley Mission offers a variety of outdoor recreational activities and has an indoor hockey arena, baseball diamond and Youth Community Centre with pool tables and a bowling alley. Stanley Mission is just north of La Ronge and accessibly by year all year round provincial road.  Keethanow Elementary School provides educational programming for students in Pre-Kindergarten - Grade 6, in a modern, well-equipped facility with an enrolment of approximately 330 students and 44 Staff. This is position is for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate must be eligible for Saskatchewan teaching certification. Salary is according to the provincial salary grid plus a benefits package that includes subsidized housing and a northern living allowance.
