We value teamwork, inquiry, and a strong focus on student achievement We are seeking a qualified and compassionate  years teacher to join our team in a .25 FTE position (every other afternoon). The successful candidate will provide English Language Instruction to an Middle Years French Immersion Class.   Qualifications: A valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate.Demonstrated ability to engage students in meaningful and inclusive learning.Commitment to collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the community.Experience with diverse learners and a commitment to supporting Indigenous education and inclusive practices are considered an asset.Training or experience in inclusive education and differentiated instruction.Experience supporting literacy and numeracy development at the middle years level.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of assessment practices and progress monitoring. Responsibilities: Provide engaging English Language Instruction to Middle Years French Immersion students.Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate literacy-based learning experiences that support student growth in speaking, listening, reading, writing, and oral communication.Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that supports the  academic, social, emotional, and behavioural needs of all learners.Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, strengths, and interests of students, including students requiring additional support.Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress, inform instruction, and provide timely feedback to students and families.Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, student services staff, educational assistants, and administration to support student success and continuity of programming.Support positive student behaviour through proactive classroom management practices, relationship building, and restorative approaches. Maintain effective communication with families regarding student learning, progress, and classroom activities.Participate in school-based professional learning, team meetings, and collaborative planning as required.Uphold school and divisional policies, procedures, and expectations related to student safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.             For more information, contact Krista Moisan, Principal, ESBMS Please submit applications to:Trevor Lane, Superintendent/CEOc/o Carlee Stokolosa Email: carlee.stokolosa@ksd.mb.caKelsey School Division Administration OfficeP.O.
