The purpose of the positionis to manage the training program within the unit maintenance organization. DUTY 1: Manages, plans, and directs the maintenance training program. DUTY 2: Manages, implements and oversees all aspects of On-the-Job Training program for maintenance group personnel (ARTs, reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers, etc.). DUTY 3: Manages special certification training program. DUTY 4: Conducts formal and informal staff assistance visits to organizations within unit(s). DUTY 5: Manages unit ancillary training programs.
