The Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Humanities Teacher provides engaging, student-centered instruction in Humanities courses while supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of students in alternative learning environments. This position is designed for educators who are passionate about building strong relationships, fostering student well-being, and creating inclusive learning experiences that meet diverse learner needs.The successful candidate will use trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approaches to help students develop self-awareness, self-regulation, communication, critical thinking, and academic skills.
