  Grade 3/4 Classroom TeacherChief Paskwa Education Centre (CPEC) is seeking a dynamic, caring, and committed Grade 3/4 Teacher to join our elementary school team for the 2026–2027 academic year. CPEC is located on Pasqua First Nation, approximately 45 minutes northeast of Regina, Saskatchewan. Our school is committed to providing a culturally responsive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, student well-being, and Indigenous ways of knowing and learning. Start Date:August 24, 2026Qualifications:Valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for certification). Bachelor of Education Degree. Experience teaching at the elementary level is preferred. Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs. Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Knowledge of Indigenous culture, history, and perspectives, with the ability to incorporate these into classroom instruction. Experience working with First Nations students and communities is considered an asset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Duties and Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging instruction aligned with Saskatchewan curriculum outcomes. Create a positive classroom environment that supports student success and well-being. Assess student learning and maintain accurate records of progress. Collaborate with colleagues, educational assistants, parents, and community members to support student achievement. Incorporate Indigenous perspectives, land-based learning opportunities, and culturally responsive teaching practices. Participate in school activities, staff meetings, professional development, and community events.
