High School Social Studies Teacher

The Cedar Rapids Community School District invites applications for the following position: High School Social Studies Teacher Location: Washington High School School Year: 2026-2027 Summary: Provides instruction in the curricular area of Social Studies to students in 9th through 12th grade.High School Social Studies position to teach a variety of levels and coursework from Economics, Government, U.S. History, World History, and AP courses. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education required.Experience in classroom teaching in secondary grades preferred. Endorsement: All Social Sciences 5-12 (preferred)World History 5-12 (required)
