Hillsborough County School District is seeking qualified applicants for the following position: Middle School Technology Education Location: Madison Middle School Position Summary: The Secondary Career and Technical Education (CTE) Teacher (grades 6?12) is responsible for the instruction of designated CTE content area(s)/course(s) in a classroom setting within a secondary school (grades 6?12). Qualifications: Education - A bachelor's degree or District Certificate required. Degree or formal training in the content area preferred. When applicable, industry certification or a state license is required.Certificates/Licenses/Registrations - Florida Professional Educator Certificate preferred. Eligibilityfor a Florida Temporary Certificate is required. Eligibility for District Certificate required, including one of the following:Related bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of related experience.Related AA/AS degree with four (4) years of related experience.One year of technical training with five years of verifiable experience.Six years of in?field verified work experience.
