Additionally, provides leadership and assistance to lower graded technicians performing work in the customer support function. Updates, inquires, and processes actions through the Personnel Data System. Uses varied and advanced functions of office automation software to create, format, modify, edit, and. print a variety of letters, reports, memos, and other textual documents.
