Responsible for compliance with directives involving the correct administration and control of tests to all eligible personnel and advisement for personnel regarding test applications toward civilian college degree programs, voluntary education programs, and other career goals. Duties: Provides individual career, academic, and force development advisement to military personnel of all ranks, their dependents, and/or civilian personnel pursuing undergraduate/graduate, vocational, technical, licensure/certification, and professional development opportunities at various levels.
