Poplar River First Nation is seeking to hire a Resource Teacher for the 2026/2027 school year.  Poplar River School requires a Resource Teacher who can provide resources, strategies, and tools that support differentiated instruction and inclusive education, tailored to the goals and accommodations outlined in each student's Individual Education Plan (IEP). The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, educational assistants, external support staff, and families to ensure students receive appropriate academic, behavioural, and assistive technology supports to achieve success in their learning. The main goal is to create inclusive learning environments that promote student achievement, independence, and overall well-being. Poplar River School serves approximately 400 students, offering Nursery/Kindergarten through Grade 12 classes. We provide a competitive remuneration and benefits package, along with subsidized housing, furnished apartments with Wi-Fi, and a travel allowance. Our team includes one Principal, two Vice Principals, 30 Teachers, 32 Educational Assistants, and more than 10 Support Staff.
