聽Performance Measurement Consultant(2026-2027 School Year Contract)Employment Opportunity聽MLTC was created by nine First Nations located in north-west Saskatchewan who have constitutionally recognized aboriginal rights and Treaty Rights under Treaties #6, #8 and #10.聽聽 The primary purpose of MLTC is to serve those First Nations in their aspirations for cultural, economic and political autonomy.聽 As a private sector employer engaged primarily in promoting and serving the interests of the member First Nations, MLTC asserts its right to provide preferential treatment to First Nations people, giving them priority in decisions on employment matters such as hiring, and this can extend to measures such as opening competitions only to First Nations people.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 This competition is open to all applicants; and路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Preference will be given to First Nation or other Indigenous applicants who possess the qualifications, knowledge and skills to meet the minimum suitability requirements as stated for the position聽MLTC Education is seeking a highly motivated dynamic individual to join as聽Performance Measurement Consultant. The Performance Measurement Consultant will implement and support the Land, Language, Relationships and Culture foundations within the position which includes but is not limited to: work plans, projects, initiatives, resources, planning, collaborations, etc. The Performance Measurement Consultant in conjunction with the Superintendent of Education will oversee the formal inclusion of performance indicators in school success plans.聽 In addition, the Performance Measurement Consultant will be responsible for the implementation and interpretation of Basic Concepts of Math (BCM) and Fountas & Pinnell (F&P) testing.聽聽MLTC Education offers competitive wage and a comprehensive benefit plan including Dental, Extended Health, Sick Leave and a Pension Plan match. 聽Duties & Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to): 聽聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for the implementation of school-based needs and providing long-range second-level service and delivery. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and follow up on project timelines and deliverables. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide timely feedback and reporting of project outcomes and successes to the Superintendent of Education. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain regular communication with school-based administrators and education staff. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate professional development sessions, including content development, resource preparation, and training delivery. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate, implement, and maintain My School Sask (MSS) across all nine MLTC member First Nations schools. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide training and ongoing support to designated school-based MSS leads. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as the Ministry of Education liaison, coordinating communication, support requests, and required submissions between schools and the Ministry. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate and support large-scale assessment reporting, including Basic Concepts of Math (BCM) and Fountas & Pinnell (F&P) assessments. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide attendance, achievement, and performance data to schools and MLTC administration as required. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support school teams in understanding, interpreting, and utilizing educational data to improve student outcomes. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with report card development, production, and ongoing maintenance. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support LLRC initiatives and educational improvement strategies across all participating schools. 聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform other related duties as assigned. 聽聽Required Education, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:Minimum:路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A Bachelor聮s Degree in Education路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Saskatchewan Professional A Teachers聮 Certification or the ability to obtain such standing; and 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience.Preferred:路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Master聮s Degree or commitment to begin studies in a field appropriate to performance measurement, educational leadership, assessment, or data analysis.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in working with First Nations聮 Schools & Communities.Other:路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willing to travel to the First Nation Communities; work within a team setting and independently.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Fluent in the Cree and/or Dene language and have experience in working with First Nations聮 Schools & Communities is a definite asset.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support land-based education in connection to language revitalization.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Awareness of cultural protocols of Cree and/or Dene First Nations.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Awareness of protocols working with Elders from different First Nations.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience or knowledge of iPad/Smart Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Suite聽聽Interested applicants are invited to submit: A letter of application, resume stating qualifications and work experience, copies of credentials, current RCMP Security Clearance (Criminal Record Check inclusive of the Vulnerable Sector Check), a copy of your valid driver聮s license, and three (3) recent professional supervisory references.Options to apply:1.
