TEACH IN GOD'S COUNTRY God's Lake Narrows First Nation School Board is soliciting applications from competent, dedicated, effective and a caring educator who is willing to work cooperatively and collaboratively for the benefit of all students. God's Lake Narrows First Nation School is a Nursery to Grade 12 school with approximately 550 students, mainly of Aboriginal ancestry and a staff of 35 teachers, 25 teacher aides and other support staff. God's Lake Narrows is a progressive community and offers a clean air environment. It is accessible by air daily to and from Winnipeg and Thompson. There is subsidized furnished rental units available, well-equipped classrooms, competitive salary, benefits, and isolated post allowance. God's Lake Narrows is a locally controlled school, approximately 1037 kilometres northeast of Winnipeg. God's Lake Narrows is abundant in its natural beauty and is an outdoorsman's paradise.We are seeking energetic, dynamic educators that believe in building a strong foundation for all students, to establish a love of learning, to promote self-confidence and self-esteem, and promote and provide a healthy safe learning environment.  We are looking for educators that want and love to make a difference in a child's life. Teaching in itself is a rewarding experience, even more so when you have eager and enthusiastic students wanting to learn. Educators must possess the following:•        Bachelor of Education degree•        Must have or be eligible for Manitoba Teacher Certification•        Applicant must be legally entitled to work in Canada•        Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Checks is a must and must be within the last six months or less
