AZIA is seeking a detail-oriented Summer Administrative Assistant to support school operations during the summer months. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide front office support (emails, phone calls, inquiries)Assist with student registration and record managementSupport summer camp administration and coordinationMaintain and organize digital and physical filesAssist with data entry and reporting tasksSupport communication with families and staffPrepare documents, forms, and correspondenceAssist with general office operations and special projectsQualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionStrong attention to detailPreferred Previous administrative or school office experienceFamiliarity with student information systems (e.g., MySchool)
