OPASKWAYAK EDUCATION SERVICES INC.REQUIRES Policy AnalystFull Time – TermExternal PostingPurpose of Job:The Policy Analyst for OES Inc. is expected to conduct research, analyse, and develop existing and new policies that is comprehensive to the policy issues, current trends and legislation. The Policy Analyst will work in collaboration with work groups decision-makers, and stakeholders to analyse and implement the existing and new policies. They will prepare reports and present, both their finds and proposals, to the decision-makers and stakeholders, during the development of the policy and, the review after implementation of the policy. Qualifications:• Bachelors Degree in Public Policy, Political Science or related field is preferred.• At least 1-3 years experience in policy analysis.• Research & Analytical thinking skills.• Knowledge of policies, administrative procedures, and office practices.• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft software i.e. Microsoft 360, Excel, Word, etc. • Clear and concise writing, presentation and collaboration skills.    Duties & Responsibilities:• Research, analyse, and evaluate existing OES policies and other education policies.• Update & develop OES policies.• Research should be comprehensive of the policy issues, trends, and legislation when developing policies.• Identify the issues that need to be prioritised and addressed in policy.• Work in collaboration with other departments, decision-makers, and stakeholders when developing and reviewing policies.• Monitor and evaluate the outcome of the policy for effectiveness and ensure equitability after the policy has been implemented and make improvements as needed.• Write addendums & Issue Sheets when necessary.• Other job duties as per job scope.  Deadline: September 17, 2026 @ 4:30 p.m.
