Referrals will be based on the preferences you indicate in the application process.Major Duties: Serve as CYS Administrator of a level 3 or higher CYS program consisting of center-based programs. Oversight and responsibility for the operation, integration, coordination and oversight of an Installation Child and Youth Delivery System IAW all applicable regulations and standards. Plans and supervises administration of center-based system to include full day, part day, before and after school age programs, hourly, special needs and summer camps for school age centers. Implements and monitors DA policies to include CYPPP guidance, fee policies, program registration, baseline standards and space utilization goals. Recruits and hires qualified personnel utilizing Army CYS Standard Position Descriptions. Supervises staff assigned directly to the delivery system and evaluates employees based on established performance standards.
