Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement.Major Duties: As a EDUCATION SERVICES SPECIALIST -T32, GS-1740-9, you will serve as program manager, advisor and consultant within the state. The incumbent has responsibility for the development, management and administration of an education and incentive programs designed to provide individual career-related or self development assistance and planning requirements for Army National Guard military personnel.
