This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. 1. Assists the Chief, Education and Training in administration of Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs. 2. Responsible for overall management of OJT program for the wing. Conducts Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) and identifies root cause of deficiencies and recommends corrective actions for process improvements. 3. Manages the development of education and training instructional products. 4. Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates operations of the Advance Distribution Learning, and multimedia education and training programs. 5. Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Personnel Data System (PDS). 6. Administers a diversified training program. Responsibilities will include being primary or alternate test control officer.
