Conducts continuous health and developmental assessments of children. Develops and executes specialized intervention programs for children with special needs, including those with learning disabilities, disciplinary challenges, or gifted abilities. Provides technical guidance, on-the-job training, and leadership to junior staff on program activities, safety protocols, and behavior management techniques.
