Assist clients in determining career academic goals. Advises qualified personnel on Military Tuition Assistance (MilTA) procedures. Performs routine and miscellaneous clerical work to include processing incoming mail, maintaining electronic files and posting updates as necessary, and preparing/maintaining office forms of various types. During short-term Test Control Officer's absence, administers the installation's military personnel promotions.
