Training Technician (ATRRS)

Summary About the Position: USAJFK SPECIAL WARFARE CENTER & SCHOOL ACOFS, G3, DEPARTMENT OF OPERATIONS FORT BRAGG, NC Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission. They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations. The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.Major Duties: Provides administrative and analytical support for implementing and managing the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS). Receive Memorandum of Instructions for the annual Structure Manning Decision Review (SMDR). Develop and maintain comprehensive historical training data and student reports to identify patterns and trends in training effectiveness and student performance. Administer and manage scheduling for Soldiers, including Initial Entry Trainees (IET) in TDY en-route or PCS status attending Special Operations Training Pipeline courses.
