Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated technical training support programs. Develops and implements projects designed to establish improved training resourcing procedures and baselines for the technical training resource process with minimal guidance, accurately, and in a timely manner. Personally answers routine, non-technical requests for information such as status of reports, suspense dates, and similar readily available information.
