Elementary Principal

Richland County School District Two is seeking qualified applicants for the following position: Elementary School Principal Location: Killian Elementary School School Year: 2026-2027 Position Summary: Under limited supervision, fosters the success of all students by facilitating a shared vision of personal excellence and academic achievement. Establishes and promotes high standards for academic performance and responsibility for behavior. Provides instructional and organizational leadership for school staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive educational program that is administered in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, District policies, and school procedures. Minimum Requirements: Education:Master’s Degree or higher in Educational Administration Certification/License:Must possess a South Carolina Tier 1 or Tier 2 Principal certification and certification in an area appropriate for the grade level of the position. Work Experience:Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Assistant Principal; or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.
