Assists in the administration and evaluation of ongoing programs of individual and group developmental and educational activities for staff implementation and execution. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Provides assistance in the management of funds and resources to include developing the annual NAF and APF budgets, which includes submission and prioritization of program component requirements. Assists the director in the administration of the USDA nutrition/food program.
